I am the Founding Chair of Robinson+Cole’s Environment, Energy + Telecommunications Group. I am engaged in a broad range of risk management, transactional, compliance, liability allocation, siting, and defense matters. These involve virtually all major federal environmental programs, their state analogs, as well as energy siting, brownfields, and environmental justice matters. I am a member of the American College of Environmental Lawyers (ACOEL) and an Adjunct Professor of Environmental Law/Policy at both Wesleyan University and Tufts University.
